Like Rain City, we’re all about helping our borrowers be successful. And just like Rain City, your partnership is more important to us than the bottom line.
Our experience in this particular market means we can provide creative solutions for our borrowers, especially now during the COVID-19 crisis. We have delivered the very best borrower experience to our previous clients over the years—and will continue to do so for you.
No big changes
We get it, really we do, but Rain City has not dumped you on some random new company. Tandem and Rain City have worked really hard to make sure this transfer is a positive experience and that you continue to enjoy the very best service.
Your Rain City loan officers and your Tandem servicers work together to ensure all your loan information is current and organized. The line of communication stays open throughout the life of your loan, so both teams always know what’s going on.
In fact, some of your favorite Rain City servicers will be continuing to service your loan.
All your Rain City login credentials and ACH info will transfer to Tandem’s system automatically, so you won’t have to do anything to continue making your payments as usual.
Here’s what to expect
No changes to your loan
Even though Rain City is no longer servicing your loan, the terms and conditions of your loan will not change. Your loan number will stay the same and your payments are still due on the first of each month.
Same great service
Rain City Capital always puts their borrowers first, and Tandem Servicing has the same philosophy. In fact, some of your favorite Rain City servicers will be partnering with Tandem to continue servicing your loan.
Business as usual
As the servicer of your loan, Tandem will collect your payments, send you billing statements, respond to draw requests, payoff quotes, and answer any questions you may have about your loan.
Welcome to the Tandem family
As of 1/1/2021, Rain City has transferred servicing of your loan to Tandem Servicing. Don’t worry, though—you’re not getting dumped off on some impersonal and unorganized third-party servicer. Our relationship with Rain City is special, and we’ve worked really hard to make sure that you’ll continue to receive the world-class service you’ve come to love.
Starting 1/1/2021, you’ll be making payments to Tandem Servicing instead of Rain City Capital. You shouldn’t experience any interruptions in the way you’re currently making your payments.
Making your payments
Recurring ACH
If you have recurring ACH payments set up with Rain City, those will automatically transfer to Tandem. If you aren’t using recurring ACH payments, now is a great time to get started—email us to get set up.
Online Payments
You can pay online and access your statements via Tandem’s online payment services. Just click LOG IN. If you are currently using Rain City’s online payment service, your user ID and password credentials will automatically transfer for immediate use.
