From there we distinguished ourselves in relationship management and after 10 years, we're pretty much experts. Experience matters in this market. When you have a partner that knows your product inside and out, it really makes a difference.

Our Services
Loan types
We service short & mid-term real estate investment loans: 1-4 Family, Multi-family, Commercial, and Construction with terms from 6 months to 30 years. Always non-owner occupied.
Primary Servicing
We’re a full-stack servicer, so we handle it all—from payment management, portfolio reporting, statement rendering, and insurance management to loan boarding (including a servicing transfer letter within 3-5 days), year-end reporting (IRS & 1098) and Escrow Services.
Special Servicing
We offer special servicing and loss mitigation to our lenders upon request, and you only pay for what you need, be it collections, temporary loan modifications, foreclosure submissions & management, or payoff quotes (48 hour turnaround).
