Primary Servicing
We’re a full-stack servicer, so we handle it all—from payment management, portfolio reporting, statement rendering, and insurance management to loan boarding (including a servicing transfer letter within 3-5 days), year-end reporting (IRS & 1098) and Escrow Services.
Special Servicing
We offer special servicing and loss mitigation upon request, and you only pay for what you need, be it collections, temporary loan modifications, foreclosure submissions & management, or payoff quotes (48 hour turnaround).
