Online Payment Services

You can pay online and access your statements via Tandem’s online payment services. Just click LOG IN. If you are currently using Rain City’s online payment service, your user ID and password credentials will automatically transfer for immediate use.

Pay by check

Send regular or express mail to the address at the bottom of this page. Make your check payable to Tandem Servicing LLC.

Recurring Payments

Sign up for ACH! This authorizes Tandem Servicing to automatically deduct your monthly payment on a day of your choosing. Fill out your form here and then send your completed form to payments@tandemservicing.com. If you have recurring ACH payments set up with Rain City, those will automatically transfer to Tandem.

Pay by Phone

Yep, we can take payment by phone. Call us at 425-588-0030.

How do I request a payoff?

Email your request to payoff@tandemservicing.com – your email should include your name, property address or loan number, and how far out you’d like the payoff quote. If another party is requesting this information on your behalf, we will need documentation that the third party is authorized to receive the payoff.
